A quantum leap for teaching
The L-1ex, a modern, portable alternative to the overhead projector, supports you in creating an interesting and appealing lesson. The multiple applications of the ELMO Visualiser together with any standard projector, offer you a new dimension in media even at the planning stage of teaching. You will be amazed how quickly the new technology will benefit learning results.
Goodbye to the overhead projector
You can say goodbye to your OHP, because the L-1ex will take over its job and do so much more besides - taking you to a completely new level. A camera system scans your originals and creates sharp images which, using a standard projector, can be projected on any white surface. Paper and pencil can simply replace expensive transparencies and the special pens they require. Even the process of writing is reproduced naturally and without delay.
An Episcope in a new outfit
The historical episcope is long outdated, even though it was popular in schools to show books and other papers to whole classrooms at once. The Visualiser takes over this function and is light and flexible to use.
The L-1ex makes teaching and learning easier - and less burdensome, because using this device in the classroom means that it is no longer necessary for students to use their own books. Textbooks often „forgotten“ can now be left at home on purpose, significantly lessening the weight of your students’ schoolbags.
3D Scanner
The precision camera system allows you present objects in detail and original colour, from various perspectives. This is an especially useful medium for science lessons, where small objects, such as the skull of a rat or the growth of crystals in potassium ferrocyanide, can be shown to all the students at the same time. The 5.2x optical zoom can focus attention on the smallest details.
SD Card
Do you still photocopy worksheets before classes? The L-1ex dispenses with this task because it is able to give information to all students at once. You can write worksheets during class and save them on the SD card. Later you can easily send these files to all participants by email.
